Confusion
Choices are nothing but a confusion
You are having anxiety consistently
Restlessness
Anxiety is not a choice... But empathy is.
You want to learn more about support and treatment options.
Talk
Thats what we're here for, to listen to what you have to say.

WHAT NOT TO DO...

See no Evil
Hear No Evil
Speak No Evil

Self awareness group is platform where mental health is not just a topic. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. We do not realize it but emotional intelligence is too underrated a subject that graces our conversations.

Although the terms are often used interchangeably, poor mental health and mental illness are not the same. A person can experience poor mental health and not be diagnosed with a mental illness. Likewise, a person diagnosed with a mental illness can experience periods of physical, mental and social well-being.

Don’t NOT see it, Don’t not hear it, and surely Don’t not talk about it.

    • Firstly, it’s important to understand that negative thinking and aggressive behavior are not healthy for your emotional and mental well-being, nor for your relationships with others. You may benefit from seeking professional help from a therapist or counselor who can guide you through strategies to manage these issues.

Challenge your negative thoughts: When you notice negative thoughts creeping in, try to challenge them by questioning their validity. For example, if you find yourself thinking “everyone hates me,” ask yourself if that’s really true or if it’s just a thought pattern you’ve developed over time. You may find that there’s no evidence to support your negative thoughts, which can help you shift to a more positive mindset.

  4. Superb website you have here but I was curious about if you knew of any message boards that cover the
same topics talked about in this article? I’d really
like to be a part of community where I can get feedback from other experienced people that share
the same interest. If you have any recommendations, please let me know.
    Thanks a lot!
